Old heirloom variety white type, ivory heads, good size.. 6 to 8 inch heads.

Also does well as a fall crop. The heads are pure white and the leaves curl upright. The leaves will self wrap during cool weather, but will not in warm weather. [Organic]

Planting: CAULIFLOWER (B. oleracea) Grown as a spring or fall crop. Basic culture about the same as broccoli. Avoid maturing a crop in intense summer heat.
